My YouTube Persona

My history with Social Media is an interesting one. When I was 14, I decided to give YouTube a go. I Jumped one and made guitar covers, video game commentaries and Vlogs. Over time I gained a small following, which then boomed when I made a video that grabbed over 100,000 views. By the point I had reached 2000 subscribers and even after I stopped uploading, I have reached 4000 subscribers.

YouTube was so much fun! It came with a lot of stress but it was worth it at the time for sure. I was approached by several people that asked if we could make videos together. One of them was a Teenager named Mitchell and we are still very close even though we live on the opposite sides of Australia.

I've been approached by a channel that had 200,000 Subscribers that asked me to advertise their branding through my social media accounts and make a video one them. In return they wanted me to upload to their channel as well.

I never thought of these acts as serious, but when you make a name for yourself and get approached by someone higher in the Industry than you, it really warms your heart, and motivates you to do the best you can. On that note, I have also been approach by a man with 2 Million Subcribers asking if I wanted a sponsorship and partnership in order to monetise my videos and make money off of them. At that point, I had let my YouTube 'career' come to an end.
